Activating Voxy, moving it to a new computer, and what to do when a key goes missing.

Activate

1. Open Voxy.
2. Go to Settings → Licence.
3. Paste your key and press Activate.

A key looks like VOXY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Older keys start with WILLOW- instead and still work. Activation needs the internet once; after that Voxy works offline.

How many computers

One key activates two computers at a time — a Mac and a PC counts as two. Move one whenever you like; see below.

Moving to a new computer

1. On the old computer, open Settings → Licence and press Deactivate. That frees the slot straight away.
2. Activate on the new computer with the same key.

If the old computer is gone, sold or broken, email us and we will free the slot for you.

Lost your key

The key was in the email sent when you got Voxy. Search your mail for voxyapp.org. If it is not there, email info@voxyapp.org from the address you bought with and we will send it again.

Still stuck

Write to info@voxyapp.org. Tell us your key and what Voxy shows on the Licence screen, and we will sort it.
