Is it really one payment?
Yes. There is no subscription and no renewal. You buy the licence once.
What happens when I hit 2,000 words?
Dictation stops for the rest of that week and Voxy offers you the paid licence. The count starts again on Monday. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked — your vocabulary, phrases, styles and stats stay exactly as they were, and the app keeps working the moment the week turns over.
Does the licence work on both macOS and Windows?
Yes — one key, either platform, up to two machines at a time. A Mac and a PC counts as two.
Can I move it to a new machine?
Yes. Deactivate the old one in Settings and activate the new one. See Manage your licence.
